Often Operational pressure will force the Recruiting manager to hire a
candidate without verifying the candidate background. This leads to high cost
and company’s exposure to risk.
We conduct background checks on prospective employees, verifying their
identity, education, pre-employment status and even past criminal records.
We can provide a maximum turnaround time of 2 weeks for employment
verification and a maximum of 3 weeks for education verification. Very often,
once we receive a verbal confirmation on information provided from the
University or the employer, we let you know by e-mail, so your hiring need not
be delayed. More often than otherwise, we can provide a 10-day turnaround for
most verification.
